Every year, we bring our festivals to life with the help of an incredible team of volunteers. Whether you're supporting the build-up, working behind the bar, or welcoming visitors at the entrance, your role is what makes it all come together.

Beyond the work itself, it's a unique opportunity to become part of a close-knit community. Whether you're looking to gain festival production experience, meet like-minded people, or simply enjoy free access to the festival, volunteering with us will make an unforgettable Lentekabinet experience.⁠

9We offer a variety of roles, so you can choose the one that suits you best:

• (De)construction team: transform the site into a vibrant festival space and/or help us pack up again

• Entrance team: give all visitors a smooth and warm welcome

• Locker team: assist with managing the lockers

• Bar team: keep the drinks flowing in a fun crew of like-minded music lovers

• Green team: support our sustainability efforts on-site

• Crew coordination: help coordinate our crew members to make Lentekabinet a success

• Merch team: help out in our merchandise store

• Flex team: never a dull moment - jump in wherever your support is needed

Not only will all volunteers have free access to the festival and other community events, you will also receive additional rewards depending on the type of shift you pick.

• If you work one shift (10 hours), you will receive a day ticket to the festival, a crew t-shirt and 10 tokens.

• For two shifts (16 hours), you will get a weekend ticket, crew t-shirt, a festival water bottle and 20 tokens.

• For the all-in, with three shifts (20+ hours), you will receive a weekend ticket, crew t-shirt, a merchandise package (3 items), 20 tokens and a chance to win a dinner at Europizza in Amsterdam Noord.

• If you're helping out half a day on Sunday, you can stick around to enjoy the rest of the festival — plus get some extra tokens. And for those who want to help out during the full Sunday or with the deconstruction, we’ll happily reward you with a Dekmantel Festival day ticket in August.
