Tabaria Cafe began as a dream of resistance and has grown into a travelling cultural cafe for Palestinians and the wider SWANA diaspora. Moving between festivals, fundraisers, and community kitchens, Tabaria creates temporary homes where food, culture, and solidarity bring people together. For Lentekabinet, Tabaria will serve a selection of Palestinian wraps inspired by traditional flavours, including combinations with falafel, hummus, labneh, makdous, fried eggplant, and vegan stuffed grape leaves. The menu is designed to be accessible, fresh, and rooted in familiar tastes from the region.
